![]() ![]() Protection against: Deep discharge and overcharge overvoltage during charging excessive currents during charging and discharging over and under temperature Short circuit and reverse polarity Constant monitoring of the individual cell voltages (cell balance) Modular design The system has a modular design and can be configured precisely to the desired storage capacity by interconnecting several modules. Features Extremely cycle resistant - over 6000 cycles at 95% DoD More usable energy content than the previous model US3000 Lifetime over 10 years Absolutely intrinsically safe lithium technology Compatible with many available inverters Automatic address setting when connected in multi-groups High charging and discharging power possible Integrated BMS Very high storage density - low weight and compact design Easy installation thanks to modular design Absolutely maintenance-free and durable Built-in soft-start function capable of reducing the current surge when the inverter is started from the battery Dual active protection at BMS level Supports WakeUp by 5-12V signal from rj45 port Pre-charge function to protect ESS system from overvoltage function Battery management system in each module The battery management system integrated in each module protects each installed battery cell from harmful influences over the entire life of the module and effectively prevents premature failure. The battery is compatible and certified with many available inverters. Internally, the individual cells are thus monitored and balanced against overvoltage, overtemperature, deep discharge, etc. The latest battery of the market-leading manufacturer with now 3.5 kWh per module has again a battery management system (bms) built into each module and therefore offers a lot of security. Maximum safety and a long service life are guaranteed even with regular deep discharge thanks to the latest technology. The accumulator was specially developed to fully meet the high demands placed on a solar accumulator today. When the voltage goes above 13.3 volts again for approximately 1 minute, the solenoid will close. The us3000c (mpn us3000c) is a lithium storage system of the latest generation. If the ignition switch is on, the control allows the voltage drop below 12.6 volts for approximately 1 minute, before the solenoid is opened to insure the alternator’s full output is available for important chassis functions. When the voltage goes above 13.3 volts again for approximately 1, the solenoid closes again. If the ignition switch is off and the battery voltage drops below 12.8 volts for approximately 1 minute, which might occur when the converter is heavily loaded, the solenoid is opened to prevent the chassis battery from being discharged by the coach loads. ![]() (Normal charging voltages are from approximately 13.8 to 14.4 volts.)Īfter the solenoid has been closed, the system continues to sense the voltage. When either of these voltages exceeds 13.3 volts for approximately 1 minute, which happens when either battery is being charged, the control will close the isolator solenoid, connecting the two batteries together, charging them both. It operates by sensing the voltages on both batteries. It operates in combination with a conventional continuous duty solenoid to connect the two batteries together under the proper conditions. The unit is housed in a plastic enclosure for mounting in an engine compartment. The controller also senses heavy loads on either battery to prevent the wrong battery from being inadvertently discharged. If neither battery is being charged, the batteries are fully isolated. When the coach is plugged into shore power, both batteries will be charged from the converter. When the coach is being driven, both batteries will be charged from the engine’s alternator. Unlike prior systems that only allowed charging the RV battery from the engine’s alternator, the Bi-Directional Isolator Relay Delay charges both batteries when either one is being charged. Intellitec’s Bi-Directional Isolator Relay Delay offers a new approach to charging batteries in an RV application. Battery Isolator Relay Delay #00-01000-000 ![]()
